1936年，北宁铁路局为增加铁路的收入，在北戴河金山嘴建了一座19洞的高尔夫球场，当时在华北首屈一指，京津地区报纸均有刊登消息。少帅张学良与赵四小姐也曾在这里叙写爱情传奇，为松石的历史增添了浪漫色彩。1937年，卢沟桥“七七事变”爆发，球场就此夭折。而史料中所记载的“金山”也就是如今的联峰山， 松石高尔夫球场的所在地也成为北戴河区最早的政府认可的高尔夫用地。
It was published and reported by Beijing Newspaper thatin year 1936, Beining Railway Bureau, with the purpose of increasing income,built a 19 hole golf course in Beidaihe Jinshanzui. The golf course was said tobe one of the more prestigous and exclusive facility during that era. Theromance between Marshal Zhang Xueliang and Miss Zhao Si was also a piece of thehistorical facts stated. In 1937, Lugou Bridge "seven seven incident"broke out, the course was aborted. The "Jin Shan" on record is"Lianfeng Shan" where Pine Rock currently is located. Pine Rock golfcourse became the first government approved golf course usage land in BeiDaihedistrict.2013年，就在当年球场的原址之上，一座全长7468码的全新球场重建而成。从某种意义上来说，北戴河松石高尔夫俱乐部是一部向传统和历史致敬的作品。
