一、5星级酒店客房,餐饮部经理或主管.要求英语等级.
5星级的话主管级别以上（包括主管级别）起码要CET4的，CET4也是入门的基本(当然通关系进去的那就另当别论了）因为酒店里最低级的普通服务员都能和顾客进行基本交流的，上级的话更是不提了，何况还是5星级的酒店，会3国语言都不算夸张的
英语不好当然也会当上经理或主管。
那要看你是哪块区域了。大堂经理，毋庸置疑肯定需要英语的，要能说会道。但如果是负责管理设施、策划新方案或调查顾客感受改善服务的这类管理层，一般不大用到英语把，不过你日常工作的文件是不是纯中文的那就不敢保证了。
照我说别怕自己英语不好，关键是自己胆子放大，即使你和外国顾客进行了一段连小学生都会的对话，你都会有所成就感的。
怕失败不敢开口那英语是不会好的。
